What’s it like to have a personal breakthrough as a result of one of my sessions?

self-confidence

From time to time, I am asked what it is like for a client who has a breakthrough as a result of one or more of my ‘Rapid Breakthrough Therapeutic Coaching’ sessions.

Well, that can vary as everyone is different.

Sometimes, the breakthrough will happen during the session. When this happens, the client suddenly has a realisation that he or she has far more choice than he or she originally thought they had and can see options and solutions that they couldn’t see before, when their thinking was in ‘knots’. This is a result of the work we do with the unconscious mind after getting the conscious mind with its ‘knotted thinking’ out of the way.

Sometimes, after that has happened, although feeling really great, the client can’t even remember having had the problem: it’s simply gone from their awareness.

At other times, the breakthrough occurs after a lot of unconscious programming has taken place. This can take hours, days, weeks or months as the unconscious mind works through the things that were discussed and looks for solutions.

After a session, and while this is happening, the client can feel a bit odd, slightly confused, perhaps tired, perhaps a little unwell and perhaps feeling ‘empty’ as some thought-pattern that’s been stuck in the unconscious mind for a long while has suddenly gone.

It’s not uncommon in these cases the client to just suddenly become aware that the original problem is no longer there, and he or she is then able to get on and live their life unhindered by the inner struggles that they came to see me about.

It’s also not uncommon for clients to find that, not only has the original problem gone, many other areas of their life have changed for the better.

It’s certainly very rewarding for me to be able to help clients make these positive changes!
