Success means different things to different people. So what does greater success look like to you, right now?
Is it about finding greater happiness?
Or would it mean a higher income, or a better-life balance, a better job, more free time, more customers or clients, or greater self-confidence, perhaps?
Or maybe it would mean a promotion or more satisfying work, better relationships or something else, something quite personal to you, such the opportunity to leave a greater legacy for others?
And if you had it, how would that change your life and the lives of your loved ones? What difference would it make?
So much of it comes down to letting go of the unconscious barriers that have been holding you back – your INNER STRUGGLES!
Are you being held back by feelings such as:
- self-doubt
- feeling like an imposter
- negative self-talk
- lack of confidence
- poor self-esteem
- feeling not good enough
- stress
- anxiety
- overwhelm
- fear
- procrastination
- resistance to change
- lacking a sense of purpose or direction in your work and life
- resignation
- feeling stuck
- loneliness
- rejection
- emptiness
- failure
- sadness or grief
- jealousy
- anger
- resentment
- disgust
- contempt
- guilt
- difficulties with your performance in your work career, business or sport,
- mental or emotional exhaustion
- not moving forward
- work/life balance
- perfectionism
- feeling ‘not enough’
Or is there anything else that is causing you INNER CONFLICT or holding you back in some way?
If so, then maybe we should chat.

What others are saying...

Leigh was warm and sensitive and quickly created trust. He identified many incorrect, invalid or limiting beliefs I held, and that my life values were lacking an important element: health. He helped to change my belief system and adjust my values.
I immediately felt great relief and had a new understanding of the past and what actions I should take in the future. Following that intervention I was able to stop taking anti-depressants. I started looking after my emotional and physical well-being.
20 months later I am a happy person living my passions. I no longer have symptoms of depression nor the associated panic attacks. I highly recommend Leigh’s coaching.

Five signs you might need to focus on emotional healing
What is emotional healing? It’s the process by which you recover emotionally and mentally from a negative life experience. You can’t keep tough times from appearing in your life. When you are emotionally healthy and balanced, you deal with those difficult situations that inevitably pop up, and you can move on with your life.

You can think of your subconscious mind as the world’s most powerful biological supercomputer, far more advanced than any man-made technology.

Is a lack of confidence keeping you stuck?
Is a lack of confidence keeping you stuck, putting a ceiling on your career?
In the early parts of our career, we are often working alone or in very small groups doing our thing and so confidence doesn’t really loom as a significant matter.
But as we rise up through the ranks, we can be called upon to speak up at larger meetings, address big events, have difficult conversations with clients or customers etc.

Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall
Life is full of ups and downs and so this quote serves as a reminder that our real strength is shown not by avoiding problems, but by picking ourselves up and moving forward when we do face tough times.

Is self-doubt keeping you stuck?
Self-doubt can feel like a quiet but impassable roadblock, often appearing when as we consider new ventures or stepping outside familiar boundaries. It’s like a voice whispering, “Maybe this isn’t for you,” or “What if you fail?” This doubt makes us feel stuck, like we’re standing at the edge of new possibilities but held back by invisible chains. It’s a frustrating weight, filled with fear and uncertainty.

Is chronic stress doing this to your brain – Part 3?
Now let’s wrap up this series on ‘Is chronic stress doing this to YOUR brain?’ with actionable steps to help you dealing with it. While stress can make your world seem like a grayscale painting, the good news is that there are scientifically-backed methods to bring the colour back into your life.

Is chronic stress doing this to your brain – Part 2?
Chronic stress isn’t just a one-off villain; it can set the stage for long-term issues like depression, a condition so debilitating it’s one of the leading causes of disability around the globe. If you’ve been depressed once, you’re also at a higher risk of falling back into it, especially when stress re-enters the picture.

Is chronic stress doing this to your brain – Part 1?
Perhaps surprisingly, a small dose of stress can be beneficial; it helps you grow and become more resilient. However, when stress becomes a chronic condition—perhaps due to work-related stress, financial problems, a relationship breakdown, a family loss, or enduring harassment—it’s crucial to address it immediately.

What should I do when I feel stuck in my work
When you feel stuck in your work, it’s like navigating a maze with no clear path forward. The frustration, stress, and self-doubt can be paralyzing, but there are actionable steps you can take to regain your momentum and find your way to success.

Sleep your way to success: a neuroscientific view
In our unrelenting pursuit of success, many of us perceive sleep as a hurdle to overcome. Yet, as we venture deeper into the realm of neuroscience, we discover that sleep is not just a necessity for our well-being; it’s a strategic tool that can propel us towards our dreams.

Heal your self-critical mind
Do you ever find yourself plagued by a nagging inner critic that never seems satisfied with what you do? Constantly pulling you back and undermining you, leaving greater success just out of reach?

Why not knowing is harder than knowing & what to do about it
What’s more nerve-wracking—knowing something negative will happen or being unsure if it will? Research from University College London points to uncertainty as the stress-inducer-in-chief.

How to let go of unwanted thoughts
Do you ever feel like a prisoner to your own thoughts? One minute you’re going about your day, and the next, you’re engulfed by a wave of negativity. It’s as if your mind has a mind of its own, filling up with self-doubt, worry, or regret. But what if I told you that you could not only escape but actually flip the script?

A simple technique for instant stress relief
We’ve all been there—those moments when stress or anxiety suddenly kicks in, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and uneasy. But what if I told you there’s a quick and straightforward breathing technique that can help you regain control?

The unseen battle: understanding your ‘Inner Struggles’
You’re not alone if you’ve ever felt like you’re at war with yourself. Maybe you’re constantly stressed about work, grappling with self-doubt, or frozen by indecisiveness. These internal conflicts, or what we often call “inner struggles,” can feel like an uphill battle that never seems to end. Let’s break down what these struggles usually mean and how you can begin to manage them for a more balanced life.

How your breath affects your brain and emotions
Let’s explore a recent scientific finding that might change how you view something you do all the time—breathe. You take about 20,000 breaths a day, and it turns out, how you breathe matters more than you think. Breathing is directly connected to your brain and how you feel emotionally.

"Overcoming Financial Stress"
In my book, which is part autobiography and part self-help manual, I describe the lessons that I learned when facing a really serious financial crisis that forced me to close down a business that I had lovingly built up over a period of nearly 20 years.
While I wrote this to help anybody who is worn down by their financial problems, finding them a constant source of worry and concern, the same techniques can be used by anyone dealing with worries and stress of any nature.
