What do I do with my clients?

What do I do with my clients?

Many of us have barriers, both conscious and unconscious, holding us back in some way. Often, they are the result of limiting beliefs, decisions and emotions that we’ve taken on at a very young age.

Because of this, they can be unconscious, and we might not be fully aware of them, instead experiencing a niggling feeling that things simply aren’t going as well as they should be.

The issues can be in the form of feeling stuck, self-doubt, feeling like an imposter, stress, anxiety, procrastination, overwhelm, work/life balance issues, work-place challenges, and many more.

They can make things difficult for us, preventing us from asking for a pay rise, stopping us going for that new job, starting our own business, changing careers or directions in our career and so on.

If any of that sounds familiar to you, you might already tried to sort things out only to discover that it can be having difficult working through these issues on your own, as there are often unconscious elements at play.

And, even if that is not the case and you feel that you’d simply benefit from talking through your issues, it can be hard to find someone independent of your workplace but with knowledge of your profession, to help you work them.

Many people feel that they simply have to live with their inner struggles and just do the best they can, but this is no longer necessary!

Using my unique methods, I can generally help people quickly let go of their inner struggles, often in four sessions or less, over Zoom, all from the comfort of their home so that they can start living and working unhindered by these issues.

Naturally this can make a massive difference to their lives – their health, their wealth and their relationships – improving their work, career, business and life in general.

There are three aspects of my coaching, each of which is tailored specifically for the needs of each particular client. They include Therapeutic Breakthrough sessions, Breakthrough Coaching and Breakthrough Mentoring.

Explaining these further:

  • Therapeutic Breakthroughs: Therapeutic Breakthroughs focus on healing and resolving emotional or psychological issues such as limiting beliefs, emotions or decisions, from your past.

The goal is to help you understand yourself better, heal from past traumas, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. It’s like digging into the roots of a tree to understand why it’s not thriving.

  • Breakthrough Coaching: Breakthrough Coaching is about enhancing your performance and achieving specific goals. It’s more future-focused and action-oriented.

Think of a coach as being like someone who helps you train for a marathon, focusing on improving your time and technique.

  • Breakthrough Mentoring: Breakthrough Mentoring involves a relationship where I provide guidance and advice based on my own extensive professional career to help you navigate your professional path.

In a nutshell, therapy heals the past, coaching boosts future performance, and mentoring offers guidance through shared experience. Each has its place depending on your needs and goals!

Transitioning from a career in engineering

How to improve your self-awareness

However, the reality is far more dynamic and, in many cases, unconventional. Recent insights reveal that only about 60% of qualified engineers in Australia remain in engineering roles, with a significant number transitioning to non-engineering sectors.
