I strongly disagree with the concept that ‘there’s no gain without pain’ in terms of personal change.
Sometimes you might want to lose weight or change your diet or get fit and these sort of things require consistent and persistent action to bring about the change that you’re looking for.
If it’s painful you’re not likely to pursue that and continue with it so I disagree that that’s necessary.
Of course, change is often uncomfortable because, by definition, things are changing but it I don’t believe it should be painful.
The other thing is that change often requires is the letting go of unconscious blocks unconscious programming and that’s where I help my clients.
And that doesn’t have to involve pain at all! Often it can be done in one, two or just a handful of sessions. My clients can quickly let go of these unconscious blocks, this unconscious programming that have been holding them back for so long.
So, if this is something you’d like to look into perhaps we should have a chat.
Thank you.
