Thank you for linking up

Thanks very much for linking up.

You might have picked up already from my profile that I had a long and successful career as a structural engineer before transitioning over to becoming an executive coach a master executive mindset coach and I brought over many of the problem-solving skills that I developed as a structural engineer into my coaching.

I have developed some pretty unique and special ways of helping people very quickly let go of any inner struggles that they might be suffering from, or being held backed by –  things like anxiety, stress, overwhelm, procrastination, fear, imposter syndrome, feeling not good enough, self-esteem issues – all those sort of feelings.

You might not know that they can often have an unconscious basis.

Now, a lot of the work that can be done can be done on a conscious level and I post numerous posts regularly on the various platforms that will be able to help you at a conscious level but if you really want to get to the core of these problems at an unconscious level, it’s better to do that one-on-one, because, obviously, it’s pretty hard for you to solve your unconscious problems by yourself!

So, we can do that very, very quickly with these methods – you might be surprised how quickly – and you can let those things go things that might have been holding you back for many years.

This can produce some really wonderful results!

Anyway, thanks very much for linking up again and I look forward to keeping in touch.

Thank you, wishing you all the all the best.

What do I do with my clients?

Many of us have barriers, both conscious and unconscious, holding us back in some way. Often, they are the result of limiting beliefs, decisions and emotions that we’ve taken on at a very young age.

Because of this, they can be unconscious, and we might not be fully aware of them, instead experiencing a niggling feeling that things simply aren’t going as well as they should be.

How is your emotional intelligence?

How is your emotional intelligence?

As a high-achieving professional, you understand the critical importance of skills like logical reasoning and technical know-how, especially in fields like engineering. These are the cornerstones of problem-solving and innovation.
Yet, there’s another skill just as vital, yet not as visibly celebrated: emotional intelligence (EI).

Transitioning from a career in engineering

How to improve your self-awareness

The journey of an engineer is often perceived as a linear path: acquire a degree, land a technical role, and then climb the corporate ladder within the engineering sphere.
However, the reality is far more dynamic and, in many cases, unconventional. Recent insights reveal that only about 60% of qualified engineers in Australia remain in engineering roles, with a significant number transitioning to non-engineering sectors.

Are self-aware people likely to be more successful?

Are self-aware people likely to be more successful?

Self-awareness can indeed contribute significantly to a person’s success, especially in professions like engineering and other high-income professional roles that demand a range of persona skills. Here are a few reasons why
