- SMART Goals: Make your goals Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
- One Small Step: Do one thing that moves you closer to your goal. Action fuels confidence.
- Celebrate Wins: No matter how small, celebrate your accomplishments to build self-assurance.
- Professional Help: Sometimes self-doubt is too big to handle alone. Don’t hesitate to seek professional guidance.
- Accountability Partner: Having someone to check in with can keep you on track.
- Exercise: Physical activity releases endorphins, improving your mood.
- Mindfulness: Techniques like meditation can help you become aware of negative thought patterns.

- Keep a Journal: Document your journey to track progress and adjust your strategies.
