Chronic stress can give rise to overwhelm, which in turn can give rise to anxiety. When you’re feeling anxious, decisions are difficult and it can be hard to move forward so you’re more likely to procrastinate. All this can put a big dint in your self-confidence, which in turn can create more stress.
Each of these negative emotions can magnify the others and as you go round and round in this cycle of negative thinking, your spirits can spiral downwards, making it very difficult to live and work productively, to make wise decisions and to think creatively about the problems giving rise to your chronic stress
So it is very important to break these negative cycles. I address ways of doing this using conscious mind techniques in my blog posts, articles, books videos etc, which I hope you find helpful, but the problems can be magnified by unconscious programming that has occurred earlier in your life. Because this programming is in your unconscious, it is very difficult for you to work on yourself.
