Unconscious beliefs are the thoughts and ideas that your conscious mind may not be aware of. They’re formed by your past experiences, the environment you grew up in, and many other factors. Because they are hidden deep within your mind, they can be a bit like unseen puppeteers, pulling your strings and guiding your decisions without you even realizing it.

So how do these hidden beliefs make your life harder? Picture this: you might have an unconscious belief that you’re not deserving of love or success. This belief could be a legacy of a past trauma or hardship. You might not be consciously aware of it, but it could be influencing your decisions in a way that consistently undermines your happiness and fulfillment.
