Here are some tips on how to increase your self-awareness, presented in a way that’s quick and easy to understand.

Start with Reflection: Begin your journey to self-awareness with reflection. Take a few minutes each day to think about your experiences. Ask yourself, “What did I do well today?” and “What could I have done differently?” This simple practice can provide valuable insights.

Embrace Feedback: Feedback is like a mirror, reflecting aspects of yourself that you might not see. Rather than resisting it, welcome feedback, whether it’s from colleagues, friends, or family.
