Hi. The problems that people think they have are often not the problems they actually have!

I help people let go of persistent Inner Struggles - things like anxiety, stress, overwhelm, feeling not good enough, self-esteem issues, weight issues, smoking issues and things like that.

In fact, these things are normally symptoms of an underlying root cause that&#039;s sat with them for many, many years, maybe decades.

Often these issues are due to things that have happened in between the ages of about zero to seven, which is known as the Imprint Period and over these years a young child will take everything that they&#039;ve been told as being absolutely true. That&#039;s obviously important for their survival because they can&#039;t afford to argue as their safety depends on them accepting the advice of their carers.

So, at this stage in life, of course, their brains aren&#039;t fully developed and so they can often misunderstand things that have been said and take them to heart at a deep and an unconscious level and of course carry them around with them for the later years of their life. Often, it&#039;s not until later on when things crop up that these unconscious misleading beliefs, these misleading emotions, limiting decisions can hold somebody back and give rise to the Inner Struggles that that we were talking about.

Because these are at an unconscious level, you can&#039;t really let go of them yourself at a conscious level and that&#039;s where the techniques I use can be very, very effective.

Hi.  Did you know that one of the most dangerous things you could do to your body is to subject it to prolonged and chronic stress and anxiety That&#039;s amazing isn&#039;t it! 

That&#039;s because, although our bodies were designed to deal with stress short-term stress such as being chased by an animal or an enemy or something back in primitive times, they weren&#039;t really designed to deal with prolonged ongoing chronic stress that we deal with in this day and age.

So, it&#039;s as if we&#039;ve got an alarm that&#039;s been turned on and we can&#039;t it off, so we&#039;re our bodies are having to deal with this alarmed situation constantly. The chemicals that are released to help us in a flee-or-fight situation are not appropriate for a chronic stress as they&#039;re harmful to us in the long-term.

So it&#039;s very important to develop ways of reducing your levels of stress. Now, I talk about this quite a lot in my posts on the various platforms but very often there&#039;s a level of this stress that&#039;s caused at an unconscious level, often about something that might have happened very early in your life that you can&#039;t remember because it&#039;s unconscious.

Because of this, I can help people and one of the ways that I do this is by specializing  in helping people with their inner struggles problems such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, self-worth issues, feeling not good enough, imposter syndrome and so on and I&#039;ve developed techniques to help people very quickly let go of these unconscious unconscious hooks that are like knots in their thinking that are causing them to hang on to unnecessary Stress and Anxiety.

<video:description><![CDATA[In this short video I describe one reason why some people find it difficult to follow through when trying to make personal change and what they can do about it.

Most of us want to make personal change at some point in our lives - we want to do something change in some way - the way we are or the way we live to improve our health or our wealth or our relationships or some other aspect of our life.
Most of us want to make personal change at some point in our lives - we want to do something change in some way - the way we are or the way we live to improve our health or our wealth or our relationships or some other aspect of our life.

This is not often not so hard - we decide on the change we want to make and we make it.

Sometimes it&#039;s a bit harder though. We might decide we want to get fit and embark on an exercise program but when it really comes to the crunch, do we really want to get off the couch and go out in the cold and exercise or would it be better to just stay where we are?

So these sort of conflicts occur and they occur at a conscious level - we can weigh it up and decide which is the better course of action and then solve the problem.

But other problems occur at an unconscious level, like the woman who wants to lose weight - she&#039;s seriously overweight - but she wants to lose weight but isn&#039;t aware that at a deep unconscious level she feels that she&#039;ll be vulnerable and attract unwanted attention if she&#039;s slimmer.

Or the smoker who wants to give up smoking but on an unconscious level really enjoys the social side of smoking and feels he&rsquo;ll miss that if he gives that up.

Or the person that often gets sick or gets injured or is suffering from depression and anxiety who really wants to get over all these things but, at an unconscious level, really enjoys the attention and the love and the care that these things bring.

These are called &lsquo;secondary gains&rsquo; and they occur at an unconscious level and can be very hard to deal with on a personal level, ju]]></video:description>

Hi.  Did you know that one of the most dangerous things you could do to your body is to subject it to prolonged and chronic stress and anxiety That&#039;s amazing isn&#039;t it! 

That&#039;s because, although our bodies were designed to deal with stress short-term stress such as being chased by an animal or an enemy or something back in primitive times, they weren&#039;t really designed to deal with prolonged ongoing chronic stress that we deal with in this day and age.

So, it&#039;s as if we&#039;ve got an alarm that&#039;s been turned on and we can&#039;t it off, so we&#039;re our bodies are having to deal with this alarmed situation constantly. The chemicals that are released to help us in a flee-or-fight situation are not appropriate for a chronic stress as they&#039;re harmful to us in the long-term.

So it&#039;s very important to develop ways of reducing your levels of stress. Now, I talk about this quite a lot in my posts on the various platforms but very often there&#039;s a level of this stress that&#039;s caused at an unconscious level, often about something that might have happened very early in your life that you can&#039;t remember because it&#039;s unconscious.

Because of this, I can help people and one of the ways that I do this is by specializing  in helping people with their inner struggles problems such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, self-worth issues, feeling not good enough, imposter syndrome and so on and I&#039;ve developed techniques to help people very quickly let go of these unconscious unconscious hooks that are like knots in their thinking that are causing them to hang on to unnecessary Stress and Anxiety.

You might have picked up already from my profile that I had a long and successful career as a structural engineer before transitioning over to becoming an executive coach a master executive mindset coach and I brought over many of the problem-solving skills that I developed as a structural engineer into my coaching.
I have developed some pretty unique and special ways of helping people very quickly let go of any inner struggles that they might be suffering from, or being held backed by -  things like anxiety, stress, overwhelm, procrastination, fear, imposter syndrome, feeling not good enough, self-esteem issues - all those sort of feelings.
You might not know that they can often have an unconscious basis.
Now, a lot of the work that can be done can be done on a conscious level and I post numerous posts regularly on the various platforms that will be able to help you at a conscious level but if you really want to get to the core of these problems at an unconscious level, it&#039;s better to do that one-on-one, because, obviously, it&#039;s pretty hard for you to solve your unconscious problems by yourself!
So, we can do that very, very quickly with these methods - you might be surprised how quickly - and you can let those things go things that might have been holding you back for many years.
This can produce some really wonderful results!
